History
Established in 1963.
The Broadmoor opened in 1963 as “The Broadmoor Hotel” and instantly became one of the best retirement communities for active and independent seniors. We continue to offer the personalized service only available at a family-owned private property. In recent years The Broadmoor has opened its doors to guests of all ages wanting to enjoy apartment living with hotel amenities.
