Food is often a marker along our journey of memories and experiences. When Saucy Porka first opened in Chicago in 2013, we wanted our restaurant to be a home where flavorful memories and experiences live on.
Our recipes honor the memories from grandmothers, mothers, aunts and other nurturing family who taught us that a recipe is nothing without the love and soul one puts into it.
This menu pays homage to the home-style cooking of Latin American and Asian cultures. The menu is inspired by the flavors of our family roots, while reminiscent of “authentic” dishes, these recipes are uniquely Saucy Porka.
Although pork is the starlet of the show, our menu also offers a variety of dishes that will satisfy non-pork, vegetarian and vegan seeking diners.
Saucy Porka has been named among Chicago’s top restaurants by numerous local and national media outlets, including the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”.
