We describe ourselves as…
…an Asian-American noodle and snack shop. We specialize in Vietnamese noodle soup (pho) and Singaporean inspired chicken rice dishes as well as a few of our own delicious creations.
Why Vietnam and Singapore? Because that’s where our moms came from and we came from our moms and so that’s kinda where Phodega comes from too.
