Penumbra

Penumbra Wine Bar, in Chicago’s  Logan Square, introduces a casual/fine dining experience  providing American fare steaks and seafood prepared with Latin  inspired flavors. 

The  name Penumbra is inspired by the owner’s experience living the first  part of her life in Ecuador. Having no electricity while very young, used candles for light thus creating a space of partial illumination =  PENUMBRA.

Therefore our back dining room is dimly lit to provide a more intimate atmosphere for you and your guest(s), which makes this the perfect place to  celebrate any occasion with that special someone or with a small group  of friends.
