This is a traditional Hong Kong style noodle restaurant. When the resturant opened in 2008 we hired two famous cooks from Hong Kong to help us startup the resturant and to teach us the trade of making Hong Kong style dishes. Our wonton noodles are special order from Hong Kong. The main differences between domestic noodle and Hong Kong noodle is that the Hong Kong noodle has more staying power. By that I mean the Hong Kong noodle would stay al dente much longer in hot soup. The domestic noodle would tend to get lame within a couple minutes. We are known to serve the best wonton, Chinese style beef brisket, hot pot dumplings and congees. Our restaurant does not use MSG and we always use the best quality of meat and fish.
