Nirvana Indian Kitchen was a personal passion, that was born out of the love for eating for both of us.

At Nirvana, we believe we can bring to the table the most authentic taste of Indian food and serve it tastefully in our intimate zen ambiance. Our unique recipes range from all regional parts of India, picking the very best flavor and style.

Food for us has always been an adventure but professionally it has also been about putting Indian cuisine in the forefront, on a podium and at par with some of the most flavorful cuisines out there. It about staying connected to the culture, digging the traditional roots, exploring the rich Indian history and then taking it further, evolving it and at the same time releasing it from copper lined bowls onto a plate -combining different techniques, regions, flavors and textures.
