This was my second and last visit to the MGM Casino. It’s a beautiful casino and facility. My issue is with their slot machines and repair techs. We usually go to Maryland LIVE or Charlestown. Being that there’s major road construction/delays we have been unable to get to Charlestown, so we decided to try the MGM.
My first visit I had 3 slot machines get jammed up, I hit the service button and waited and waited for a repair tech to show up. After waiting over 15 minutes both times I went on the search for a tech. It was annoying as F all 3 times. Nothing worse, besides losing, is waiting to lose my money haha.
On my second visit I experienced the same thing!! Undependable slot machines and lack of service. I have never seen so many people with flashing service lights just sitting there waiting. I saw quite a few techs either on their phones or chatting with each other, when I’d see one that is.
It’s doubtful I’d venture back to the MGM to loss my money. I’d rather loss it, or donate it as I call it, to casinos with better tech service.
