History
Established in 2016.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University of Miami, Chef Henry Hane spent years abroad working for several Michelin star restaurants all over the world. Back in Miami and after his successful ventures with Eating House, La Basque, Sra. Martinez among others, Chef Henry decided to shine on his own and led to the opening of B Bistro + Bakery. That experience combined with his South American roots and his world-class culinary techniques created an eclectic and unique menu which is the success of B Bistro + Bakery.
