About Jose Pacheco: A Passion for Cuban Cuisine Born in a small town outside Matanzas, Cuba, Jose Pacheco always had a deep passion for the culinary arts, which became his hobby while living in Cuba. After moving to the United States in 2004, he continued to follow his dream, honing his skills and knowledge in the culinary world. In 2011, he became the owner of La Rosa Fine Cuban Cuisine, successfully blending Cuban tradition and culture to create a warm and authentic dining experience for all who visit.
