History

Established in 1968.

Family-owned since 1968, our restaurant has proudly passed down Cuban traditions from generation to generation. One of the favorite dining spots of the legendary Cuban singer Celia Cruz, known for her signature “Azúcar” and vibrant Cuban style, we’re honored to carry on the legacy of both great food and culture.

About Jose Pacheco: A Passion for Cuban Cuisine Born in a small town outside Matanzas, Cuba, Jose Pacheco always had a deep passion for the culinary arts, which became his hobby while living in Cuba. After moving to the United States in 2004, he continued to follow his dream, honing his skills and knowledge in the culinary world. In 2011, he became the owner of La Rosa Fine Cuban Cuisine, successfully blending Cuban tradition and culture to create a warm and authentic dining experience for all who visit.
